welcome again
today we are going to talk about the fear of facing, and try to deal with it.
the first think to know is that the fear of facing could be in so many things; as fear of facing your true self, fear of facing people, fear of facing your fears.
for me I fear of highs, and sometimes I shake when am standing in a high place, but I give my self the courage to stand in a high place and to look down and say to my self " am not gonna fall, nothing bad will happen, am safe here and there is what to keep me safe, I just need to enjoy the moment and get over my self".
you have to be strong, nothing is ever worth the lose, may be you will lose something that you will never have the chance for it another time just by being afraid; for example those who fears facing other people, let's say that a guy has a crush on a girl and that girl have also a crush on that guy but she is shy to tell him and he is afraid to tell her, let's not mix between shy and afraid, cause shy is a person who have the ability to face but he will turn into a red tomato after spelling out what he have to say; however a person that is afraid is a person who makes millions of calculations in his mined and ends up with disappointment and sadness, and may be even depression; now that is all clear lets get back to the guy and the girl, hey guy if you are afraid of telling here oh man you are losing a lot, take your chance and don't make too much ups and downs just go say what you have in your heart and accept what ever the result is believe you will feel relieved after that, cause if you don't be brave you will be thinking I should of done that I should of told her, and you will fall into regret and you will be more and more sad; its the same case with every other situation, it not only i the case of love.
and when you are afraid of facing your self , its the worst fair cause you may not care about other people, but when it comes to your self it means that you are lying at your self, you are just comforting your maybe broken self by lies, you are pretending, its a fake you, its not what you are.
dont pretend to be strong when in reality you are just saying " what if...?", dont be afraid of the IF cause its just a word, a word that is not supposed to control your life, so dont let it take over all your decisions, you need to realize that its just two powerless letters unless you give them power to control.
release your fairs and face them and you will not regret, cause nothing is more powerful than your true self facing it fears and making your self stronger, and never think about that "if", just take a deep breath and say am strong to do it and am ready to face what ever result i will end with.
I hope i was helpful with all the talk i just said cause it came from my heart, and if i never had the courage to start this blog, it would stayed as a dream and i would be regretting it at some point of my life, and I wouldn't have the chance to be writing to all you lovely people who is reading.
