HI, Hello dears
Welcome back again, am a bit excited today, well I wasn't until now I was feeling bored as never and feeling so down and bad, and actually this is our subject for today "BORED" and how bad it is and what you may to do to get out of it.
Being bored may be the worst thing in life, may be even worst then depression, it could take you from the highest spirits to the lowest once, and you no longer know what you should do with the rest of your day; and you just sit in a little corner looking at every thing and think "oh god how much life is boring" but in reality its not life that is boring, so get up from your little corner and start doing some fun things, lift your spirits take a deep breath and say hell no am not gonna be feeling down today, am gonna enjoy every moment.
Dont let that evil monster take over you, dont waste your time on nonsense cause time is really precious and later you will be regretting losing it in nothing; so am gonna propose some interesting things to do when you are bored:
-dont sit for too long in front of your computer surfing the internet, specially one that keep losing connection to your wifi like mine cause its a nightmare.
-dont watch a depressing movie, try watching some funny ones or a movie that you like, but really avoid those depressing miserable films.
-dont sit i a dark room or a low lighted room, it will exhaust you and make you feel sleepy and that's not what you want to do.
-dont talk with people that give you low spirit, try talking with those who are active and have new thoughts and interesting ideas and make you feel productive.
-avoid siting in corners cause I believe that its there where all the bad energy go, so sit in a well aired place.
-take a shower and let the water pore on you and give you a massage, or fill your bathtub and put some essential oils in it light some candles and just let your self relax.
-try drawing, draw any thing that comes in your mined dont just bind your self to some perfect drawing, and dont seek for perfection in what you draw cause remember you are doing it to have fun and not to stress your self (believe me I know what am talking about).
-if you are a lover for cooking then what not cook, fined an easy recipe that doesn't take much time do it and enjoy eating it, and u will start feeling much better.
-if you have any musical instrument at home, even if your not good at using it try to play it and feel the rhythm inside you; but make sure its not too loud you dont want the neighbors to come and knock at your door.
-if you are a muslim then listen to coran it will give you the best relive ever, any one an listen to it not only muslims and they will feel better.
-if you love photography then take your camera your phone or what ever you use and take some cool pictures, you dont have to own expensive camera so that you take cool pictures.
-if you have the keys of your car then drive your self into the beach or the mountain, refresh the oxygen in your blood and your brain will get refreshed too.
I think am gonna stop here my pc is starting to play on my nerves, I hope I was able to give you all some help and to help my self too cause i have been really stressed and bored lately but hey nothing really matter, and now am talking like FREDDIE MERCURY.
Enjoy every moment of your day and dont let it just pass by like that cause you will say "I missed a lot when I was doing nothing".
