Hi guys   Welcome back to my happy place, I hope you are all doing great and having some fun and enjoying your days and nights, I dont know if am gonna be in high spirits today to help you all people go through things that brings you down but I hope I can be good enough to do even the smallest of help.   Today or tonight; as you all can see am gonna talk about hope, something that some people leak of, I sometimes lose hope in life; in things; in me, but after that I remember that life isn't always that dark, and lighting  a little candle can make the whole room shine, hope is like a candle but it up to you to light this candle dont wait for it to lightened on its self. you need to create your own hope in life by believing that you will reach to that point, by thinking positively, stay focus on your goal, but also remember to not get high expectations on thing so that you dont get disappointed if it does not happen, always keep your hopes high but expectations low. ...

in need for help

hello my dears its been a long time, I know and I miss you all am sorry been a little busy but here i am back again. to day I may be a little boring, in fact I really feel bored, and I need help, and you guys are my help. help can always be gained in many ways and in many places, it just depends on what you need, as for example the help that I need from you is to listen to me "read what I write", and am also trying to be a helpful person to you. you should never be afraid of asking for the help that you need, and you have to know where to search for help, wither it is a problem that you need help in it or just a normal situation, asking for help doesn't mean you are a weak person cause even the strongest person on earth may need help, so don't be ashamed. in our time we see so many influencers that we may thing that it was easy for them to reach where they are now, and we may believe that they never needed help, but its all wrong we are the help that they need w...

WHY?

HI DEARS welcome again to our lovely talk. as you can read from the title, its simply why? am always wondering why some of us hate them self?, why cant they move on?, why is it so hard?, can we change who we are so we could be better and feel better, so we could start appreciating our nature. I mean there is nothing that can reduce your caring about your self other than you. why hating, what have you done to hate who you are; and even if you did bad things even terrible thing nothing gives you the right to hate you, you are a precious person, you are someone worth it, dont put your self in low position just because you thing that you dont deserve. start believing in you, a person should never hate him self, its the start of all the problems in your life; I used to hate who I am, to think that every one hates me too, that am not worth to live, that everything will get better when I leave, when i stay unseen, that i dont belong in this world, bullshit its a total bullshit every one...

how to deal with fear of facing

Hello dears  welcome again  today we are going to talk about the fear of facing, and try to deal with it. the first think to know is that the fear of facing could be in so many things; as fear of facing your true self, fear of facing people, fear of facing your fears.  for me I fear of highs, and sometimes I shake when am standing in a high place, but I give my self the courage to stand in a high place and to look down and say to my self " am not gonna fall, nothing bad will happen, am safe here and there is what to keep me safe, I just need to enjoy the moment and get over my self".  you have to be strong, nothing is ever worth the lose, may be you will lose something that you will never have the chance for it another time just by being afraid; for example those who fears facing other people, let's say that a guy has a crush on a girl and that girl have also a crush on that guy but she is shy to tell him and he is afraid to tell her, let's not mix between ...

what should we think ?

Hello dears welcome again; hope we will have a nice talk today. for the first time in my life I will speak so publicly about what I think we should think and what we should act like when we are most down. in my mined its messy sometimes and I have bad and negative ideas, but then I think that this isn't how I should be and how I should think. to start changing we first need to get motivated, we should want to change cause your mined will take the wight of the negative thinking, but after a period of time it will start collapsing, it will flip against you and make you live in darkness and that's what we don't want. so let's do it, let's change   first you should say that its not always bad, sometimes it's your mined that show it to you in that way, you should admit that you are exaggerating the situation when it's simple, and you should not let it effect you, its the first change that you should do, you should admit, you should get over your self. and ...
